To whom it may concern and this person in charge of these stores, cleanliness is one of the main visions for the store, the men's bathroom stinks very badly, they do not have hand soap, no toilet paper, if you are not hygienic, it does not mean that we are all Maybe you clean your store before the health department tells you to.

Located across from Lancaster High School, this is a nice place to get gas and visit restaurant. I get a chocolate bar and vitamin water when I get fuel from here.

Our water was shut off from my home a few streets down and I asked the manager if I could fill up a 5 gallon jug from the outdoor water faucet and was told he would charge $2.99 a gallon. My elderly uncle was told he could not use the restroom and the restrooms are normally closed or filthy. There's an African American woman working at Taco casa which is very rude and told my wife that she could not have a spoon for her tea to mix sugar in it. The store closes at a regular hours the doors locked with employee inside. There's always multiple cars parked in the way not getting gas at the fuel pumps. Staff is normally rude and uncaring. The fountain drinks are outrageously priced the fountain machine is filthy and old. Not recommended

Whoever is the owner of this has station should be mad , because the guy has about 10 cars outside and instead of him serving the customers he has door locked.. vacuuming the floor..Owners loosing alot of money.. Then he has attitude when he finally opens door ,it's only 11 o'clock..

I used to work at this shell... the manager works in the morning, her name is Ilene. She is super easy to talk with. I used to not support shell. There was some funny things going on so I called corporate shell and made a complaint about the franchise. I have to say I have a whole new type of respect for @shell #shell the brand.. within 2 months they fixed the issues within the franchise.. the manager I worked under was released from their position. The next seniored working employee got promoted and the franchise had a new manager.I tried going back to work their but I guess nobody likes a snitch. Even when it's for the greater good.. I say I stand with what right and moral.. Shell thank you for taking pride in your company and Brand..
