Apartment is filled with roaches no matter how you bomb the place my new car was towed after my old car was broke into on the premises and the office staff don't care the police is here every other day make this your last resort cause it's not even worth your time

DO NOT LEASE HERE…They have a tow company they hired that wrongfully tow cars just to keep the tow company in business. I called the place where they took my car and they told me the car was $330 and my car was only there for 1hr!!! DO NOT LEASE HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKED!!!

Omg, the ladies in office. Specifically, Jocelyn and Ta'Keisha... blessings. They were professional and courteous from the time walked in the door. They were heaven sent as far as I am concerned. They were totally there for me during the application process. This is not my first time living here and I have to say the same thing that brought and kept me here many years ago brought me back, professional, caring staff... Thank you again ladies!

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. i’ve been towed twice. you are supposed to register your car for guest parking but there are absolutely no signs near the parking spots that tell you to do so besides writing on the ground that says R2PARK. except the writing on said parking spots are so extremely faded that you can not read them so there’s no way to know if you’re in the right spot. i brought this up to the front office ladies and the only thing they could tell me was “if it isn’t clear don’t park there”. i spent a total of $800 from the tow fees. also, you can only use the guest parking for 7 days out of the month so if you have someone visiting for longer, they will have to park all the way down the block on the street which is a 7 minute walk. second and most importantly, this place is INFESTED with roaches. I killed about 6 to 7 roaches a day here. they literally come out of the walls so there is no way to completely get rid of them. i’ve watched them crawl out of holes in the ceilings and in small corners of the walls. a person came once when i first moved in to spray some liquids around the walls to prevent them but that does absolutely nothing when you have an infestation. third and lastly, the walls are so extremely thin you can hear any and every conversation from outside of your bedroom window. don’t even get me started on the screaming little kids that run up and down the stairs stomping and screaming to the top of their lungs every single day.
