Please just go ahead and shut your business down. Your receipt says you open at 7 AM. Your door says you open at 7 AM however it’s 7:45 AM and I need to pick up service that I had to pay for in advance and here you are nowhere to be found, I’ve never seen a bunch of cleaners in my life how they are still in business I don’t know is this a front? Are they running more than clothes
through the establishment?

Horrible!! Paid for a rush service on an alteration and they were due for pickup on Wednesday by 4pm. Well they are not here and she says they are 2 hours away!!! What the …..????? I’m beyond lived!!

The only clean clothes and cut down the size or length of clothes not a true seamstress. But if that is all you need they will do.

I needed to write this review to inform others. I moved to Lancaster and was looking for a cleaners to go to, and this is the one I care across. I thought it would also be convenient since I live right down the street. We had 2 incidents where the owner gives my fiancé's pants to another customer and doesn't not want to give me a discount after she gave his pants to the wrong person! Today we had another incident were we were missing his shirts! The owner said I was lying & she was going to check the cameras, which I didn't mind because I was not lying. Both owners were so rude to the situation and kept telling me that they had already gave me my clothes! Turns out the shirts were their, and they ended up looking dumb from insisting that I was lying! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO GIVE IT TO ANOTHER PERSON OR MISPLACE IT!

I took a football jersey that I only wore one time to get dry cleaned. (And keep in mind it was brand new, never dry cleaned) When I picked it up, I checked to make sure that I wasn’t missing any items. As I was checking, I noticed the number on the back of the jersey was damaged. I brought it to the attention of the owner, but the only response I got was “it was already damaged from prior dry cleaning when you brought it here”. I told him it has never been dry cleaned, so how could it have been damaged. And on top of that, they could of been honest with me and told me that they damaged my jersey, but instead they just put all my items together and I guess they thought I wouldn’t of checked. The owner pretty much gave me no response and just walked to the back. Needless to say I will no longer bring any of my business there anymore.
