I've been with Metro for many years and never had a problem until now. The lady that works in there is not friendly at all. I bought my mom a phone and she put it on the most expensive plan without telling me. She said she did but I don't think she did. Also all my contacts from my phone ended up on my mom new phone. Also my bill has been $50 for years after dealing with her it's now $62. When I went back the next day she had attitude and didn't give a F about my concerns. If you have to go in there try to work with the Man, he is nice. She talks fast and there is language barrier.
