I just made a delivery here and hand down this was the best, most friendliest place I have been to! Customer service is great, everyone is so nice and they even spoiled my dog Elsa! 5 +++++ stars!

I posted this for animal shelter by accident.. the review is meant for warehouse !! Truck driver reviewVery unorganized, long wait times , appt @5 pm lady told me it wasn't ready .. to go to truck stop and to return at 6 pm , came back at 545 long line checked in at 6pm ish , change of shift meeting in. Heck I’m booth …to top that there wasn’t a available door ..finally… the current time is now 7:16 pm got door 19 .. however, trailer is sitting at door , they are calling to have someone move it smh .. I will never return to this place .

I'm a local city driver so I go here almodt daily for drop and hooks. So I cannot speak on the unloading process but I can take if it's a drop it's clean sweep in and out also if you are coming here off of 20 make sure you go around on Wintergreen Street do not turn in front of the building because they will make you turn around .. as far as overnight parking as long as you are not causing trouble they will not say anything about you sleeping on their property but if so it's the street across on danielsdale that has a strip of warehouses and on the street you can park on the street

Again another great shipper! They do not hold the driver or detain them for hours on end just to load them with a few products. They made a place for me they loaded me fast they talk to me with respect! I love loading it this place will be back again.

Friendly folks at the Guard shack as well with the yard jockeys, very tight getting around and backing dropped traitors everywhere.Live offload 3 hours .

I happened to make a delivery in this place on 01/24/21 on a Sunday, and I had a great experience right from the gate. A guard lady by the name ANASTASIA was amazing, great humor and professionalism.My appointment was at 2:30 pm I arrived at 11:00 am and given a dock immediately, by 12:30 noon l was leaving the gate unloaded. Thanks ANASTASIA you made my day.

New mars petcare location. The danieldale location is bad, however this one is wayyyy worse. Starting with the entrance being a maze of fensing only to get to main entrance that you must swing verryyy wide to get in. All while leaving truck at a full 90⁰ just to stop at the gurdshack window to check in. After 10minutes of being ignored, they will finally start asking you info And checking you in, then they check trailer and remove seals. Finally the most insane request to slide tandems to the rear before proceeding into facility. All while truck is at that weird 90⁰ angle. Even If you tell the security that its difficult to slide tandems at this angle and on this steep hill, they insist that other empty drivers do it. Its insane. Finally once inside you will go to one of many doors to dock up and wait an excruciatingly long time to get empty for products they ordered. Its 2021 and they have all the high tech equipment and and computer programs and barcode scanning equipment and log software, I dont understand why facilities take up so much of our time loading and unloading products that they are expecting to Rec or Ship out. You do this daily. Some 24hrs a day. How are you slower and less efficient. After repetitive processes, should be better. Im giving this one ⅕ of 1star if I could. Only plus is the fact that the location is not to busy off the street, and that crowded raggedy loves is 1mile away, and the Mars facility is brand new at Halloween 2020.

Depends on which guard is working. If the staff from the warehouse work the guard shack, it's quick and easy. If Securitas is working the gate, cold molasses would move faster.
