Hello I grew up here in Lancaster and I am a regular at this store I had the worst experience today with my little cousin she’s 8 and you might have seen the other review on them having a negative attitude towards African-American people. We went in there today to look at some wigs, and my little cousin decides to pick up two lip glosses, and She misplaced them in other areas of the store. keep in mind she just a kid so we decide to walk out and the guy at the front stop us and he accuses her of taking the lip losses when he could’ve just asked where did you place the 2 lip gloss but he went straight to your thief, and that was very harmful for a young kid, but that’s just the world we live in and is sad. She went to the area she put the lipgloss down in and showed him and then he says where is the other lip gloss and she says I miss placed it in a different area of the store and he still continue to say he needs to check her bags and something about her putting something in her clothes she did not have anything under her clothes. He checked both bags instead of saying sorry for the misunderstanding. He said he don’t want any problems. Well you got one now this is why We shouldn’t shop at stores with no representation of us behind the counters and believe it or not. It was a story about a little girl getting shot because they thought she took something from their beauty supply. If you know you know amount of items in that beauty supply store is NOT worth your life, thank you and God bless you

I have been coming to Kim's beauty supply for years and despite being small, I love their customer service and variety of products. Also if she does not have something which is rarely, she will make it a point to try to get if for you. She is very professional, polite and welcoming. I also love that she has staff on hand to help with items in the back such as wigs and ect. I am a loyal customer and plan to stay one as long as they're there.

I Love Love love this beauty supply they are both so nice and professional. The best part about this beauty supply if she doesn’t have the item your looking for she will order it for you .they smile so much it’s contagious ?? you definitely will walk out a happy customer ???

If you can avoid this place, please do, the owner has the worst attitude towards African-Americans that I’ve experienced in a very long time. I live in Lancaster, and this is my first time visiting this establishment. I needed something in a pinch, and I came in to ask questions and she behaved as if I was irritating her simply by speaking to her… I was not rude, I never raised my voice, I simply asked a question or two. When you run a business, you should expect for people to have questions about the products that you are offering. Maybe that’s asking too much?

If I could give them a zero I would. It’s smells awful every time I go in there and then they have the audacity to act like you are going to take something from that raggedy store. They followed me the entire time I was in the store and were so rude about assisting me. If you are leery of African American woman a beauty supply in Lancaster is not the business for you.

Bought a cute nail polish here and am planning on going back for more! Loved the prices! They've got other beauty supplies as well. Nice, welcoming people working there. And they sell masks too!
