My twin girls joined right when they turned 1 and now, going on 3 years later, they still love their school and teachers. Learning is exciting for them and the atmosphere just feels like one big family.

Both of my boys attend this daycare. They love it and we love the staff. They are very professional and love that they are super clean with their facility. The location is great because it's minutes from our home. I also love the app they use to keep us updated on our kids, it's very convenient. Anytime anyone is looking for a daycare I recommend them.! 10/10!!

I highly recommend Kids University. From the moment I spoke to Ms. Rose on the phone to the moment I walked through the door, I felt so welcomed. Ms. Rose not only gave me a thorough tour but also took the time to understand my concerns as a first-time mom, patiently answering my questions. Her genuine kindness and assurance quickly put my mind at ease about leaving my son in someone else's care. My son's experience at Kids University has been excellent. We are greeted by the staff every morning, and they are always excited to walk my son back to his class. The staff is very friendly and caring, and they have formed a strong bond with my son. Every interaction we've had with them has been positive so far.My son's teachers are outstanding professionals who go above and beyond to create a supportive learning environment. They care about each child's well-being, and I appreciate their excellent communication. Thanks to their guidance, my son is learning a lot. The staff's love, care, and dedication shine through everything they do. I am grateful to have found such an outstanding daycare and highly recommend it to any parent seeking the best care for their child!

My niece and nephew been going 2/3 years everything was good!! Until this past August my nephew was moved to a new class room with a new teacher a child is always going to be difficult but putting your hands on our babies is another thing & thinking our babies won’t tell us is crazy . This isn’t the first time this happened either they said they had previous incidents but literally seemed to me they was trying to brush off. All my question are is why aren’t there no cameras??? Why is there ONLY cameras outside ?? I’m confused if we’re trying to keep our babies safe or our cars ??I hope gets Investigated immediately!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this facility! A week after my children was enrolled my son was fully potty trained & talking more clear. It’s very structured & i love them! i specifically love the brightwheel app that they use to allow me to keep up with what’s going on with my children

I did not have a good experience with this facility. It would take them 30-45 min to bring out my 4 month old daughter EVERYDAY and they have covid restrictions but they only apply to the parents, not one staff member wears a mask and had 2 Covid incidents within 1 week of each other and was caused by their infant staff teachers and the staff members significant other and their child that attends. Smh. I had to inform them twice about updates/pictures of my infant in their app. They were not sending home papers nor was they updating the app but expect trust to be given but yet you aren’t allowed to pop up or check in on your child through a 8hr day. Also after speaking to a staff member about my concerns she just kept saying ummmm hmmm…. Then spoke the the sister owner, she told me maybe they weren’t the daycare for me. Also got upset because it took them more than 30 min to bring out my child and I walked back there, instead of them correcting their staff. Afterwards wanted to end my services because they’re staff wasn’t following up with updates on a newborn and taking an extremely long time to bring the infants during p/u and told me they don’t wake up to go to jail! Smh! I do not recommend!

My child has has been attending Kid’s U since he was about 1. They staff is informative, friendly, and welcoming. If your child has any issues they communicate well with you. They also helped me potty train my kiddo while he is there. Will definitely keep him there for as long as I can.

My granddaughter went to Kids University Learning Center and enjoyed her time there until she aged out. She learned a lot including math, science and Spanish. Kids University is a great center where kids are loved and cared for. Kids have fun while learning. M. Young, Grandmother

On October 19th, 2018. My child was left at school. Kid University was responsible for picking my daughter up for after school care. I was not aware of my child not being picked up until after 5:30pm. She got out of school at 3:50. I had to go up to the school to pick her up myself. When I called Kid University, they seemed very nonchalant about the situation and made it seem like no big deal. There was no communication between the bus driver and the school to see if she had even attended school that day. There was also no communication with parents to double check and see if my child was picked up or even attended school that day. I’m am completely baffled at how this situation was handled and will not have my daughter attend another day at Kid University. On another occasion, It’s been days that I called the number that’s posted online for Kid University and it was busy all day. I even went up there one day and told the director that the number is giving a busy signal, she responded.. “oh yeah my phone does that sometimes” I’m thinking to myself how do parents get in contact with you ? The ONLY reason I had my daughter attend after school care at Kid University was because my nephew also attends there and it was an easy stop to pick up both before going home. It’s been times I stood in the front by the door( which remains unlock all day) for ten minutes before someone walks to the front to acknowledge my questions. That is completely unsafe for any childcare for doors to remain unlock..So PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT send your kids here..... they will leave your kids at school and put them in harms way. I will be reporting them to the state also... I work in childcare and I for sure know this center SUCKS!

At 1st, I liked this place during the initial visit. I spoke with one of my of the administrators about my son and the fact that he hadn't been in child care all his life. During the 1st visit, she told me that is customary to give the child 30 days to acclimate. On the 2nd visit, when I brought back the paperwork, the story had changed. She would now give my son 2 weeks to acclimate. I'm a little frustrated at this point but I go ahead and give them a try. 4 hours into the 1st day, it was decided that my son could not return for a second day because he cried a little bit for his mother. 30 days turned into 4 hours. Left me with one day to find childcare and the only thing she had to say was that she was "sorry." This raises a huge question about the professionalism and integrity of the administrators. Don't trust them!!!
