Jay saved the day. I had my catalytic converter stolen while assisting to get the power back on in DFW following a May storm. Jay was quick to respond and get me back on the road within an hour. He is very personable and really seems to take pride in his work. So happy I found him that day. I highly recommend him.

Jay was absolutely awesome. I came in for an inspection and wound up modifying my exhaust at the same time. He was helpful and provided great customer service. Quick in and out!!!

Bolt was stripped by 10 minute oil change they told me I was out of luck. Stopped by Jay's Auto & Muffler and he took it off in less than 10 minutes and changed my oil for me. He saved the day and this shop has most definitely gained a new customer!!!

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop! The customer service was great and I especially appreciated how they kept me in the loop with regular updates and even sent pictures throughout the service. Found this shop on Google and based off his 5 star rating and awesome reviews I decided to go with his shop. I knew I needed a catalytic converter and coil on my truck based off auto zone. Jay was very polite and he educated me on why it was needed as well as what can happen when my truck misfires and how it affects the catalytic converter. I was also able to get my inspection for the state done here as well. He has all around great customer service skills and his knowledge is awesome. He doesn't just try to get money out of you like some shops, being a woman I felt he explained things very well since I wasn't so knowledgeable. I was def recommend going here if you were reading reviews like me to decide. It's def worth it?

I was greeted with a smile .I was attended to right away. I was made comfortable while I waited for my car to be repaired. I was served water and some snacks. The service and price is impeccable. I recommend if you have car issues take it this shop. You won’t go wrong with service they give. Thank you
