This location open up when they want to its 8:20am the doors are locked and it's dark inside. This has happened on more thn one occasion. UPDATE: 850am they unlock the doors says its going to be awhile before they can check anyone out. GET EMPLOYEES THAT WILL COME TO WORK ON TIME!

The hours of operation for the family Dollar in Lancaster Texas at Blue Grove shopping center is clearly stated that they are open until 10:00 p.m. at night the two ladies at work at night have been known to close and lock those doors anywhere from 9:00pm to 9:30pm and refuse to let anyone in. Either change your sign or get new workers because they are clearly not doing their job correctly. On top of being on their phone constantly while they are checking out customers and hiding in the store so they can be on their phone instead of doing their job I have literally seen this myself. There has been lines all the way to the back of the Frozen good section with one person on the register constantly ringing for help. Signs for prices are not correct. This is an ongoing problem.

The manager was rude and very unprofessional. They left the sensor on a pair of clothing I had bought and did not want to take it off I had to call the police in order to get them to take it off she said I could not come back into the store and if I do she said I would be trespassing all because she failed to do her job right and I'm very upset about her behavior she was rude to the police officer as well because he told her to take It Off I call headquarter waiting on a call back this is the Family Dollar Store in Lancaster Texas on Pleasant Run and bluegrove in the shopping center

The time is currently 9:41 p.m. I went to the 1450 West Pleasant Run Road Lancaster Texas location store number 2476 at 9:20. They are closed the sign clearly states they do not close until 10 p.m. This apparently has been an ongoing problem since the new management took over. I would like something done about this or this address as it violates corporate policy. Your sign clearly indicates 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. not 10 a.m. until 9:20 PM. Please address this to your franchise owner thank you

As a business, it is pertinent that management oversees the appearance of their store. Every time I attempt to visit this location, the outside is flooded with trash and no one seems to care. If you are not going to be an asset to our community, maybe management needs to be replaced.
