It's 945 pm on Wednesday and they closed the gate.... I just passed by they were open. I forgot I needed something and turn back around and they are closed. Your Google says you close at 10pm... it's 945pm... I called and no answer

I found some very beautiful ceramic containers today but one had a broken lid and I asked the cashier if she could give me a discount and there was another woman and she told her to give her a discount and I told her to call the manager because they were smoking. very comfortable outside and I told him can you give me a discount and he says no why do I say it's broke I really liked them and he says well you don't have to buy it if you don't want to and I told him yes I want them but since it's broke that's why I'm asking for a discount I think it would be just enough and he said no, I'm not going to do it, I told him that's fine and they went off to continue smoking....but the store is poorly organized on weekends so that we don't take advantage of the coupons, they don't refill the shelves, it's better to leave everything on the shelves. carts stacked there that we can't even walk. I hope the managers take action in this store because they have a very good clientele so that they lose it to people who only want to make money by smoking.

The cashier refused to try to check me out again because she claimed that voiding an order looks bad on her register. She said I'm either going to buy it as it came up the first time or I can leave. She was very adamant about not trying to check me out again. I was very polite and just told her to have a good day after her refusing service.The store itself looked a mess. A lot of shelves empty and carts of random items I'm the aisles.

When I drove to this location this morning, about five minutes past 8am. I wasn't aware that this location doesn't open at 7am like the other Dollar Generals. Since I went to location I was late for my appointment and getting my niece to school. I had to back track to the Dollar General on Polk. I got everything I needed, but still a inconvenience due to the Wintergreen location wasn't open at their stated time.

Awful customer service here. No greetings, don't say you're welcome nor thanks for spending our money. The drink fridge in the middle of the store had half empty bottles of sodas and filthy cans.. just an awful business.

Customer service was actually good. I found the items I was looking for. My issue was the fact the store was operating in this Texas summer heat without AC. I assume it's been out for a while because there were two industrial size fans in the front end of the store. Not a regular box fan that may have been on location. These stores are everywhere and definitely making money. Totally unacceptable to subject their employees to the heat. A bad look

This store is frequently closed throughout the week. I drive past this location every week day for work with shifts varying at different times of the day. I've only seen this location open maybe 3 times in the last 3 months. So I've stopped trying.

Employees but the store itself is very hot an they are very seldomly open. At least 3 days out of the week the doors are completely closed and I use to shop there daily.
