My doctor sent my prescription to the 1225 Bluegrove Rd, Lancaster, TX location on 8/8/23. I just got my medication today because I was told they didn't have my medication in stock until today. Thank God this wasn't a life or death situation. Unacceptable service.

Literally the absolute worse pharmacy avoid at all costs. I’ve spent hours trying to get a hold of them on the phone regarding prescriptions, waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru several times and have had to drive there and demand they cancel my prescriptions bc they either wouldn’t fill it or wouldn’t answer the phone and other pharmacies won’t fill until they cancel, it’s a nightmare. Today I went to pick up a prescription during regular business hours and they just had the windows closed and were ignoring customers, meanwhile two techs were sleeping in the waiting chairs outside the pharmacy and I could hear people behind the window (this was at 11 am on Sunday 5/14 when they are clearly according to their hours supposed to be open) very over CVS and will not be using moving forward

The worst cvs ever! Everytime when I come here the cashier is always so rude and disrespectful to the customers, especially one cashier name by Rebecca, always gives customers a big attitude when she does her job, or super reluctant to help or answer any questions when customers need help. Well, I mean if you don't like your job you should just quit, don't waste time from your customers! They should shut down this cvs ASAP, fr

CVS LANCASTER TEXAS HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DUE TO I WAITED ON DRIVE THRU FOR 35 MINUTES AND WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, THE TECH STATED SHE HAS TO CLOSE WINDOW CUZ SHE HAD TO PICK UP HER CHILD AND REFUSED TO SERVICE ME EVEN THO I SET ON LIBE FOR 35 MINUTES. THIS UNACCEPTABLE AS, I WAS NOT ABLE TO HO INSIDE DUE TO ILLNESS THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED, DUE TO I NEEDED MY MEDICATIONS

Staff by the name of diamond was very rude and unprofessional and called me a liar about the prices on some sunglasses. I told her it was 21.99 and it rang up 29.62 and she has a bad attitude towards me and think I'm lyingWon't be shopping in this ghetto store again..

Definitely all pharmacy's are busy. Where ever you go long car lines. I was number 5 but after 30min it was my turn. They do the best they can so I will wait my turn. Always helpful and nice at the drive thru.

Oh. My. God. This is the worst pharmacy in the entire universe, hands down. The staff is rude, it takes them 20 minutes or more to give a single customer their prescription for basic pickups. They constantly claim to be out of very basic medications. I don’t understand how CVS corporate allows this place to remain “operational”. It’s just soooo bad. The pharmacists are terrible, and it just can’t be overstated how hard you should try to avoid filling a prescription here. You’d honestly be able to get a pharmacy degree and start a new pharmacy in the time you’d spend waiting in line here.

If no stars were available id select that! Managers at this location do not care about customer service. The pharmacy techs are rude and put you back on hold. What is the point of being open? Better yet, why even work there if you cannot deal with simple script transfers? Corporate needs to step in and shut this location down or find new staff

The Pharmacy is very bad on answering the phones. Can be standing in line inside store phone be just ringing it tell how many peoples is on hold are calling the Pharmacy.
