My son had an awful encounter with the salesclerk at this location in Lancaster TX he refused to help my son to update my phone he said the phone was dusty and he didn't want to handle it I've been with Boost 10+ years and this this the worst service I have ever gotten and I will NEVER set foot in this location ever again I would rate it 0 stars if I could

Just left this location & I was very impressed by the great service we received. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a positive energy and with such professionalism. This location was very clean & organized. The customer service we received from Alex as well as coworkers around us was absolutely amazing.
