“We were 2 1/2 hours from home, up in Dallas to go to a hockey game, and our coolant hose busted. We searched garages in the area and came across Jefferson Street Garage. The reviews were all amazing and figured we would give them a try. A little over an hour later, we were back on the road. The owner went to an auto parts location to get the hose we needed, the part was put on, and we couldn't have been happier! Great service, great people, great price! If you need auto service, this is the place to go!”
“It was a little waited but they were busy the man that plugged my tire was okay. I told him I needed my tire plugged he raised the truck looked at the tire and came and said "Are you sure it's this tire?" Just as I looked at him with wide eye? he said oh I see it. Now the thing he never took my tire off the truck pulled , plugged and leak check with tire still on my truck. That was cool.Only gave 4 stars because he questioned my knowledge of which tire it was.”
“Got to the worksite between Lancaster and Wilmer, when my low tire pressure indicator came on, drove to Chuco’s Tire Shop, they fixed my punctured tire quickly, checked the air on all my tires, with fast, friendly, and great service, and I was back on the job site quickly. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and cost me only $20. I may drive all the way from Dallas to have my tires serviced here next time. Thanks,

“Can't say enough good things! Had car trouble today while visiting the Dallas zoo from a couple hours away, and this is the 3rd shop I stopped at! All were too busy, but the team was kind enough to run car code and explain what was going on. They were so honest and told me, it was something that could be fixed when I returned home versus being stranded in Dallas with my 3 small kids in car seats with only a few hours of supplies packed. They easily could've told me whatever to keep me there and charged me. To me, this is worth so much and I'm so grateful for being an honest business!”

“Spent all day searching hing for a tire from every place that was well known by everyone. Turns out all i had to do is look closer to home. These folks had me up and rolling in 15 min. When everyone else said that's something we have to order. That's A1 for me.”
“I had an appointment today for an oil and battery change. The service was on time for the most part and I was finished within 45 minutes. Everyone from Maria, who was at the counter in the car service department to Zach and Mr Miguel, who worked on my car was very helpful as well as professional. I had a little issue with resetting my code after the battery change but Zach went beyond the Call of Duty and was very attentive and aggressive with finding a solution to get my cold set so I can turn my radio on again. I thought they had did something wrong but they didn't it was just a little mishap that was corrected immediately. Michael who is the manager was called and immediately he was present to make sure everything was smooth and the way that I liked it. I was very appreciative of everyone in their collaborative effort to make me as a customer happy. I have been here before and stopped coming for whatever reason but I started coming back a couple of months or so ago and have not been disappointed. I will definitely be back.”

“The reviews are real! My long time mechanic of 25 years retired and closed shop. Needed work done and started searching for new mechanics and reading reviews. Found some good reviews, but the reviews for Jay's were excellent. Almost too good to be true. Gave him a shot, and I am not disappointed. Even provided progress photos with old and new parts. As long as the service stays this way, I will continue to come here. After dealing with the same mechanic for 25 years and feeling safe Like, I won't get cheated, it's good to know that they are still decent and honest mechanics out there.”
