This is my second vehicle from Auto City and I must say I’m a bit disappointed. I thought my second time would be as good as the first. Auto City has been good to me and has worked with me when I needed it most. I had cancer last October and they gave me a month off with no payments due and that I was very appreciative. The things I didn’t like about this one
1) kept asking me about trading in my car now and I only have $2k to pay! Why would I do that when you are not going to give me even half of what I paid (this pissed me off just a bit)
2) I received over 5 texts claiming that I was a preferred member and that I am able to get $1000 toward my next purchase or no down, then when I mention this all of a sudden I feel things shift just a bit.
3) I saw a 2018 same price as the 2016 only difference was $500 in the down payment when they have let you bring that back in some cases. Didn’t understand why I wasn’t offered that option since the text says I’m such a great customer LOL
4) I feel like the car was just sitting up it was filthy (should have been detailed) the windshield had a crack and hot as it is in Dallas the air on the driver side was blowing nothing but HEAT I damn near died on my way home from work. The fluids I know for a fact were not even topped off.
5) They did agree to fix the A/C and replace the windshield. But get this no courtesy service to bring the car once done. I wonder how many customers would love this service. I paid $2000 down plus the $1000 they gave me for being a preferred customer
I really have nothing bad to say about Auto City but when your credit is not where it should be this is what you get. They are one of the largest auto dealers in the HOOD that cater to hardworking people that have blemished credit and trying really hard to make it. Be more compassionate.
Be more about customer satisfaction and this will really elevate you! Have a purpose!
I also felt like a piece of trash when I left there and basically I felt like they were saying take this or one of these older ones and be grateful that I’m letting you do that b***h. I didn’t feel like my business was appreciated at all.
I was so excited to be almost done with the other car I have because I was told once I do that I would be able to get ANYTHING the next time. Which was really a lie. But once again I’m very appreciative and I will do business with them again and will continue to let people know the good and the not so good in my opinion.
The Service Department I really don’t care for those people because they need to be taught the meaning of Customer Care.
Sales Reps need to be more honest and stop making up sh@@ as they go just for a sell! But I’ve never known an honest one. When I worked in sales I made up all kinds of stories to get that commission so I understand LOL and not mad at all just disappointed.
Michelle is great to deal with she will let you know what she can and can’t do for you but in a very professional way! This woman rocks and need recognition. If you are fortunate to have her as your Account Representative for paying your note always be honest and upfront with her she’s a gem and that’s hard to find.
