This storage place WAS the best until new management stepped in, Now my unit rent has jumped up from $35 to $50 with No explanation! And are now charging ppl 2 to 3 times a month for late fees, No one is ever in the office after 3pm so if you work during the week and need any type of assistance or questions answered there is very little to none assistance, this has been my go to storage whenever I've needed one but I see now it's time to look elsewhere. Pleased with the customer service of Karen, she was very customer service oriented. Upon her departure, Mark R. was very helpful in rectifying accounting concerns.
The facility is currently experiencing changes in staff. Hopefully, Diane is very responsive in the interim.
