This used to be the best 7-11 now it’s just a mess. The employees are rude and have attitudes. They close early now and they open late. I understand they’ve been robbed before but they took out the ATM and they no longer do money orders and they don’t honor the buy 6 cups get the 7th cup free deal at all.

One of the WORST 7-11'S out here!! I've come here at least FOUR different times and it was acceptable but today IUsubotharan and his unknowledgable staff turned me and nm coupon away. When I asked for a name so we could have a conversation, I was only given the one name and then "waved off"...interesting. I mean, if this is how they treat "regulars" now then I hate to see how they treat new people...maybe it's retaliation because I'm an African American woman..sure feels like it!! (This is him laughing and playing with the older caucasian man he just walked to and opend the door for)...

Very poor customer service since these Arabian took over the store. They have changed the the store a lot.. Always have a bad attitude and employee are family and they are weird. I have been going to this same 7-11 since 1996. I don't think just because they have new people they are allowed to change business. These people need to go back where they originally were.

I see a lot of reviews on this location heavily criticizing it, and the store owner wondering why. When I visited this 7-Eleven, everything was great and the staff were polite and good at what they do. Always a good spot to grab a snack with many options.

They think cuz they are nice and clean in the day time that we won’t look at night. They close at 11 which is ridiculous. And 11 is pushing its been closed earlier. Then sometimes not even open back up at 3am which they say. If you aren’t 24hrs update that and let people know. Or get people who aren’t afraid to work there. Or just leave Lancaster i grew up here and it’s sad.

This is for the general manager of this 711, ive been here 6 times after 12am (i and others work at the warehouses near by) just for it to be 'temporary closed' while there are workers inside getting paid to be there but doing nothing. The store will be closed for at least 4 hours while many people pull up for use of the store only to have to leave since the workers do not want to work but want to get paid for not doing so. Losing alot of business and something needs to be done.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE 7NOW APP! everything you add to your cart they sneak an additional quantity of that item. I ordered 2 packages of gummy worms that are freaking almost $4 EACH and they put 3 packages in my cart... But they didn't just do this item! They added additional quantities of taquitos into my cart!! Taquitos are good, don't get me wrong, but freaking really?! I hit the order button and saw the additional quantities and immediately went to customer service... My order probably hadn't even made it through the app and they told me I couldn't modify my order!!! So I called the store for 10 straight minutes and got a busy signal every damn time! Fast forward to right now... I open my bags and they had literally put 1 of every energy drink they had in my bag.... Of course not the 9 energy drinks I ordered of 1 brand, 1 flavor! How hell do you mess that up?!?!!! I ordered all 9 and I chose the option "REMOVE FROM ORDER IF OUT OF STOCK!" who thought a woman could be this pissed off! I am driving to the store right now to see what these douche bags have to say! I plan on walking in the store tossing the bag on the counter walking to get the ones I freaking ordered and walking out. Call the cops douche bags... PLEASE!!! Let's share your stupidity with everyone while we're at it! If this gets interesting I will update y'all with, of course another bad review!

Need help food was not doneClose store down when they want to and not fair if it’s supposed to be 24 hours and you get up in middle of night to get medicine from the one store that’s in your area that supposed to be up open and ready for operating for the customer but I know I don’t like to complain and there is more but I’m just gone say SOS!..to the7 ELEVEN PEOPLES or THE operators of this chain to investigate because over charging customers is against the law and this NOT FAIR nor right and #IJS. &!#customer service #justice not satisfied here
