Past experiences here haven't been great but this last one with April was awesome, super friendly and helpful.

Lance provided great customer service for me. He was able to help with all of my problems and more. He was so kind and patient. I'm 70 years old and he really took the time to help me.

Johnna was amazing! She helped me easily upgrade my device and plan to what would be best for me as well as helped me pick out the best accessories for my new phone. Jay was also very helpful in assisting! Definitely recommend to come to this store for any Verizon needs!
