Trish is amazing, When I first got my car the old finance guy are horrible and rude. Trish and the other lady that works here have been so amazing and helpful. I plan on getting a new car with them. Can't say enough about Trish. Love her. Thank you for always being so helpful..

So trish and her team really helped me when I needed it the most . My ex had failed to pay the car payment and my car got repoed . She really worked with me on getting it back and I’m good standing . Yes I previously left a bad review out of anger (which I can’t delete due to losing the account info) but she truly is a sweet lady and so is her team . Wouldn’t mind working with them again .

They do need better customer skills my wife just joined the service a few months ago and they act like they cant wait on her to get her pay together with dfas. We is not trying to loose r car but they will not work with us

I think they need to learn some customer service skills and not belittle people so much... i will never recommend someone to finance their car threw them . I never have had one pleasant phone call with trish she has always been very cut throat and judge-mental. like she knows my whole life story .

Everyone at this company is rude, insulting, and needs to work on customer service. Im constantly being yelled at, hung up on , or cant get ahold of someone when i call to make a payment. Worst funding company ive used.

My family got a truck with this company almost a year ago. We have always paid our payment early or on the due date. We were never late. Recently my family went through an emergency which caused our finances to be very low but only temporarily. So on tuesday, which was still early at this point, i tried to call all day long to arrange a possible payment arrangement. At this time i had 400 to my name and was going to pay half the car payment and agree to pay the other half the following wednesday. But I called all day tuesday and no one answered. I finally called Benny Boyd Dealership, this is the dealer that uses this loan company. I was told they were closed and to call back the next day because only one person can do arrangements. So Wednesday I called all day long. No answer still. Thursday I continued to keep calling and I kept being transferred to a voicemail which was now full. I spoke to a lady and she tole me the guy who does the payment was out of the office and to call back tomorrow which was friday. Friday was the last day to pay before the car security system would shut off without payment. Now during this time the emergency we were going through got worse and our funds were decreased down to 90$. So I called Friday and i spoke to some guy named MJ. I told him i have been trying to call all week and we were having a family emergency and if there was a way we could set up a payment for wednesday. By this time i couldnt pay for half like i originally wanted to because of the emergency. I told him i have always been early and my family just needs this one time possible help. Here is what shocked me....this guy told me.. " Im sorry mam, but you have the latest payment due in the month, which is the 26 of each month. You have had all month to prepare for this payment. You could have paid it earlier before this happened." .....i was in shock by his tone and his response. I again told him i was trying to call all week to pay half but could not get anyone on the phone and he said..." only thing i can do os take a partial payment of 199"... I repeated my financial emergency and politely asked if there was anything else they can do because the car will not start if i dont have a code. I said what will happen now....he replied " well i guess your car just won't turn on."....i was just shocked. I understand it is my responsibility but things happen and he was very rude and judgemental. So now i have have a truck that wont start until we pay on Wednesday. I have 2 kids...i work...they did nothing to try and help me. But the responses were the most shocking. Im now looking into trying to find another company to take over the loan.
