Made an appointment to get a fill, for an event I was going to and they just acted like no big deal, sorry can’t take you. They constantly take walk in appointments, knowing they have appointments on the books. Tried them out a few times and they don’t care about customer service.
I do not recommend them. Sadly there are not very good nail salons in lampasas.

This is the worst my nails have ever looked in my entire life. Please save your money and tears and go anywhere but here. The second pic was the one I showed the nail tech and the first is what I got. What the F !

This was my first time and everything felt backwards. The nails turned out fine but not for me. I’m an experienced nail person, keep that in mind 24 ! Love my nails lookin natural as possible. So my go to nail is French tip almond. And that can be acrylic or gel with tip. So I say Full set acrylic, French tip, almond. The Service was amazing five stars. But the technique that was used to do French tip is not OK French tip should not be drawn on French tip is a classic look and there is a metal tool to make a perfect line for a classic French tip. The lady told me they didn’t have that tool to make the nails look French step… OK that’s fine, so could you use a base acrylic and a white acrylic for the French tip part? We don’t have white acrylic. Then she still continues to say she will fits them tomorrow:( I’m okay. My nails were done way too fast for an almond shape, French tip, thin white. And the technique for those kind of nails and shape you have to use specific no equipment and my nails were drawn on with gel paint on top of acrylic face that’s suffocating to my nail bed and so many different things I mean not to mention the color doesn’t match my skin tone of my fingers!?!?!! $65.

Quality of pedicure is always good!
However, the last 4-5 times I've walked in - they request I make an apptmt and come back. Not a problem. I make apptmt and come back and have to wait a *minimum* of 15-20 minutes to be seen. Today I walked in when they opened, noone here and she asks me to make an apptmt, no problem. I make it for 1.5 hrs later. I come back at my apptmt time and there is one client waiting (she has an apptmt at same time I do), 2 young girls (elementary age) getting a mani/pedi by one tech and 3 clients sitting in pedi chairs all getting pedi and maybee half way done. Another customer walks in requesting a pedi and says it will be a 15 minute wait. Only 5 techs working. (I waited 20 mins after my apptmt time to be seen, pedicure was great though!)?

Walked in at 1 pm asking for an eyebrow wax. They had 3 people in chairs and looked at me and said they were too busy. I asked how long and she said an hour! I have NEVER been turned away for a quick wax. Horrible service. Went down the street to Nanson and was helped within 5 minutes.

I love this place! They always treat me so well and do fantastic nails! I normally see Lynn at seat 5 but I had the girl next to her in seat 6 and she was great! All their techs do amazing work and are super competent❤️I’ve been to many nail places in Lampasas and this one is the best!

I have never been so disappointed and in so much pain from my nails being done. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I cannot believe some of the techniques used. She drilled my nails way to far down to the point where the littlest thing like washing my hand was hurting it then she left a hole in one of my nails and when I asked if she could fix it said she could fill it in with clear coat that did nothing....they cut me in multiple places and after 2 days I had to get them removed at a different salon. I cannot believe the experience I had.

I went in with a friend, a walk in. I asked for simple teal nails with three small simple flowers on my ring fingers. I gave a ref pic. Jimmy did wonderful all up to the design. He gave me a single flower with white lines and glitter lines around it. Yes it’s pretty but it’s not what I asked for at all.

Tracy did powder dip nails on me and wow..best ever. She was meticulous and efficient. I highly recommend her and this salon. Tina gave me a pedicure and she rocks too!! Yes I had to wait but well worth it!!!
