Do not buy anything from this dealership!!! I bought a used vehicle from them not to long ago with in 3 weeks of having the truck my brakes go out and I almost get into a wreck, come to find out the brakes pads that were on the truck when they sold it had 0 life on them because of that my calipers were busted and rotors messed up and they don’t want to pay for any of it besides the pads. Their Machanic’s don’t do their jobs and they are only looking to make quick buck off of their customer so be very cautious buying anything from them and make sure y’all check everything out y’all’s self before buying because the Machanic’s or the dealership can do a safety inspection properly.

This is now my second experience with this service department. We were scheduled to have our recall done and were told they didn’t have time to do the service. A recall…. So we came back to get the recall done. The lack of professionalism and knowledge in this service department is astounding. We are going to be making a call into Ford about how our recall was handled. Unfortunately for this service department… I have been a service manager. So the recall issue alone…plus getting charged for my own knowledge. I personally won’t bring my vehicle back, and truly wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here. There are other Ford service centers with knowledgeable employees who are professional and can get the job done…correctly

I made my appointment online. I was happy that I could get in the same day. My only complaint is that when I got there there was no record on my appointment. I had my email confirmation and I did get my oil changed but I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time before they even started. I will call next time.
