I made my appointment online. I was happy that I could get in the same day. My only complaint is that when I got there there was no record on my appointment. I had my email confirmation and I did get my oil changed but I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time before they even started. I will call next time.

Everyone here was very helpful and polite. They were able to get my truck in the next day, upon trying to schedule an appointment. Overall Geat experience with this Ford dealership and service center!
