I was traveling (Austin to Abilene) recently and the computer showed all four of my tires at 27mph. I figured it was a glitch in the system but stopped anyway so it could be checked. They were very gracious and immediately checked the tires and added air. Obviously they were low and this made me feel much better about my drive home. This is an example of great service and taking care of a Ford customer even though I didn't purchase my vehicle there.
