I used a nearby Urgent Care Center that chose this place for my prescription since I was just passing through Texas. What a nice place filled with wonderful people who greet you and help you right away! They had just received my prescription and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Why use any other pharmacy if you are near Lampassas TX⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I normally like supporting local businesses, but I also expect those local businesses to be responsible in their caring for customers and employees. I went to pick up a prescription recently, and none of the employees were wearing masks (even though it is a Governor issued mandate in Texas right now for them to be wearing masks). Not even the person running the medicine was wearing a mask, so all her germs would be getting on everyone's pills. I no longer feel safe getting my prescription from them, now that I see the lack of health safety that goes into their daily work day. I would rather not drive out of town to use a chain like Walgreens instead, but at least the people there care about everyone's health (and following State laws), and they show it. I'm really disappointed in you, Hodges and Sargent.

Called to refill prescription and was hung up on four times. Tried to use website and it told me I was entering incorrect information, I wasn't. Last prescription they never bothered contacting me. Used to be happy with this place.

This is a home town pharmacy with local people that care. I've used them my entire adult life. I love the fact that I can text one of the employees there and request my refills and they always tell me when it will be ready and it's normally pretty quick. Just today, I had a Dr appointment and a prescription called in....and not only did they get it filled quickly...they even text me to make sure I hadn't forgotten to come by at 6....which I had...and they stayed 10 minutes to let me get by the drive in window!! You don't get Service like that from the big box stores!! I highly recommend Everyone in Lampasas use these folks!
