I visited today, and I got all the information I needed my dad needs a New Phone I went to every company, and the Best customer service was at this store. Nina was very helpful, dealing with rude customers is not easy but she managed the person before me, in line with a smile. She answer all my questions and doubts.This is the kind of customer service experience that every company must have. Defenitly I Will be Back!

Came in to switch our service to Cricket. We were sitting in there waiting for 44 minutes before we finally left. One person working and spent the entire time, that we were in there, on one customer. Never acknowledged that there were customers waiting.

Hello reader, I am reviewing cricket wireless here in Lampasas Texas! Even though this is my Arizona phone she was able to help us here in this community as we’re going back to the property outside of Tucson in Green Valley Arizona!! I’ve been dealing with the young lady by the name of Shanna, Who has been extremely efficient, courteous and more knowledgeable than any I’ve dealt with in the Wireless community. Phones are phones - you can get one anywhere, even on eBay or from that shady guy on the corner. What you can't get from eBay or the shady guy on the corner is customer service like you get here. Shanna is awesome sauce and her store helps like FEMA after a hurricane (with less paperwork). Check out this place if you need anything cellular related and tell em Steve sent you - maybe they'll give me a free coaster or something.... :-)

Don’t have a working business phone to call and ask questions. Call their number multiple times on multiple days, listen to music for 2 minutes and it disconnects. Frustrating during these times for sure.
