I decided to purchase my new battery from Auto Zone instead of Nissan.Why reward Nissan for using what seem to be sub-standard parts by buying the battery from them.I bought the battery from the Auto Zone in Copperas Cove, but they would not install it for me because the negative battery terminal looked too complex.I took the battery to Auto Zone in Lampasas and they installed it for me and processed the core refund in 22 minutes.Justin at the Lampasas Auto Zone was professional and courteous.He didn’t hesitate when I asked them if they would install the battery for me even though I purchased the battery from the Cove store.”
