Terrible service. I called verizon customer service they worked through resolving my issue. Turned out I needed a new SIM card but apparently they were out at this store.

They only care about selling vs helping you with any problems you have with your phone. Yeah its their job to sell but at the same time you should think of the customers you already have and help us with the devices we have it'll help your sells because I'd be more likely to recommend you then tell my friends to stay were they are

The now new manager ab does nothing but screw you over. Also makes it sound like you're gonna have the best deals, but Really is going to make you waste your money. Due to him not setting you up correctly. Also, he's quick to pass you off to anybody else, if he can possibly steal a new buyer from one of his employees or even the Previous manager. Honestly, don't get me started on the dm. He's a too faced liar and does not have the best looking out for any of his customers or employees. Only Profit. So if anything you will waste way too much money here.

It was great, young gentleman that waited on me was super friendly and respectful. Very helpful. I have only one problem, I asked for the pictures to be transferred from the old phone to the new one and it didn't get done. All else transferred except the pictures. Can I get help with that?
