Shouldn’t even be a star, the actual store manager can’t help with absolutely nothing unless he wants to!! Find another job if you don’t like yours that simple.

Terrible service. I called verizon customer service they worked through resolving my issue. Turned out I needed a new SIM card but apparently they were out at this store.
