Bryan the finance manager was so professional, helpful, courteous.He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a fantastic customer service experience that is a rare find today. You could tell that he is a professional that has been in the industry for years and cares about his customers as well as his career and company. His honest no pressure fact based sales approach made me feel confident that I was getting the best deal. I could tell this because I fact checked and he was 100% correct and knowledgeable . I know it was his goal to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy and confident with my purchase. It was a great experience compared to some other dealers "shark" like aggressive and pushy approach. He is a smart business man who knows customers aren't disposable, are more save than you might think and knows word of mouth advetising and reputation go further than any paid for commercials. Visit for you next vehicle buying or service need. Even if its a little further to drive you be glad you did when you get the 5 star treatment that I believe everyone gets at Mitch Hall weather you buy here or not. The best part of the experience was "Experiencing the unexpected!"

I've experienced the car purchasing "back and forth" for years. I even sold for Ford for a little while.. but I have yet to experience such Five Star treatment from a Dealership like I have from Mitch Hall. They were able to take care of me long distance! The process was painless, they made sure that I understood every aspect of my deal, and what to expect going forward. They delivered my vehicle to me, and was so professional and polite. I actually purchased the car before I did a test drive lol! But, I was comfortable with that because of the purchased powertrain warranty, and just the overall reassurance from Mr Vaughn. I drove from Midland Texas back to Houston Texas without so much as feeling a bump in the road! Thank you, for allowing me to purchase my Lincoln Nautilus Reserve, AKA "Boss Lady" lol! Also,thank you for making sure that any questions I have or concerns are met with patients, and politeness! I'll never purchase from anywhere else!
