Living in Midland, I was having a difficult time getting my work truck service done. The places here either didn't have a mechanic or the wait time was over 6 weeks. I called the Service Manager and verified they accepted my company fleet account and set up an appointment to drop off the truck at the beginning of my days off. At the same time I let them know what day I was coming back. They were able to get all the 100K mile maintenance done in this time by Ford Certified techs. Very happy with the service and worth the 1 hr drive from Midland to Lamesa.Services: Auto body & trim repair

The service department promised me my vehicle would be looked at within a week and a half and five weeks later they finally got to looking at it because my spouse jumped one side and down the other, service is terrible I regret ever buying a vehicle from this dealership. I’ve had problems with the vehicle ever since I purchased it, and I thought that maybe cause I purchased the vehicle from them I would get good service…. Nope not a chance.
