“Bryan the finance manager was so professional, helpful, courteous.He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a fantastic customer service experience that is a rare find today. You could tell that he is a professional that has been in the industry for years and cares about his customers as well as his career and company. His honest no pressure fact based sales approach made me feel confident that I was getting the best deal. I could tell this because I fact checked and he was 100% correct and knowledgeable . I know it was his goal to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy and confident with my purchase. It was a great experience compared to some other dealers "shark" like aggressive and pushy approach. He is a smart business man who knows customers aren't disposable, are more save than you might think and knows word of mouth advetising and reputation go further than any paid for commercials. Visit for you next vehicle buying or service need. Even if its a little further to drive you be glad you did when you get the 5 star treatment that I believe everyone gets at Mitch Hall weather you buy here or not. “These guys were super professional, fast, and friendly! I came in on a road trip with my 2016 Dodge RAM ProMaster 2500 and they diagnosed and fixed an issue with my transmission on the spot. They were experienced with these vans and knew exactly what the issue was just from looking at the bottom, and they helped me out same-day!They even did a quick temporary fix for my headlight that had a broken part, and didn't charge me extra for it. While waiting, I learned they've owned the shop for 25+ yr and work on a wide variety of vehicles in the area, old/new, big/small. “Mike went out of his way to help us out! My husbands truck broke down on location. He drove to our truck(an hour each way ). On a Saturday afternoon. We called 6 wrecker services and no answered or we had to wait till Monday . Mike fixed it and had my husband up and running before his shift started. Great business !! “10/10 car buying experience! I purchased my Jeep all online/over the phone and it was the best experience! Tyler in sales helped me look at a car even though I wasn't in the same town, answered all my questions and got me numbers all in the same day!
