Very unprofessional askd for a them to recalibrate my ccm sensor told me yes we can do it called today and just a rude guy tells me no we can’t do that! I told him exactly what I need and he tells me no it isn’t it’s much more complicated but I know exactly what has to be done hope the hire better people !!

You never want to need mechanic but they took care of our car and worked with our aftermarket warranty company that came with the purchase of our used car to get it all squared away. Thanks!

While traveling from Austin to Salt Lake, we experienced electrical problems as we approached Lamesa, TX around 5pm. Advanced Auto Repair was able to get us in and evaluate the problem early the next morning discovering the alternator had failed. They drove 60 miles to Lubbock to get a replacement and got us back on the road by afternoon. They even gave us a car to use. Their willingness to get us in right away was huge as we were so far from home. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Repair because of their consideration for our circumstances, their skill as a repair shop, and their friendliness.

Thank god for this place and specifically Don. We broke down in the middle nowhere on a road trip with no clue where we were or what was wrong, just that my 2018 Tahoe was suddenly overheating. We called this place after finding them on Google and they saved us. Since we couldn't drive the vehicle, Don came to us at a random gas station to take a look. He instantly diagnosed the problem and said he had the part in stock back at his shop and could fix it. He filled our water reservoir just enough so that we could drive back to his shop. Not only did he get us in right away with no wait time, but he got us and our Cat out of the heat and let us wait in his air conditioned office, gave us water/soda and made us feel right at home while they worked to get it fixed. He even offered to take us to get lunch while we waited! How nice is that?! I recommend this place to anyone looking for efficient work and over the top excellent customer service!

Multiple items stolen from inside of vehicle while left for 1 day. Knowing our situation of having an unfortunate breakdown we were hopeful they wouldn't kick a man when he's down already. Taking cash and coin along with sleeping medication is one thing but the audacity of tearing out a personal check is more sinister. The good name NAPA auto care center is on the building-but it's independently owned.

Had this man check out my truck gauges. He told me I didn't have anything wrong but his tester told him something was wrong with the transmission. He didn't charge me for the test
