The drive through is no longer open. Inside lobby is understaffed. I walked in today. One teller said I'll be with you in a minute and left. Poor customer service.

Had an urgent wire transfer. This location didn't answer the phone and it didn't even go to a voice message - just rang and rang. I called the Bee Cave location where they answered immediately and were very helpful. Why does Wells Fargo have at least three 'brick and mortar' locations within about 5 miles of each other with such different levels of service?

in all my years of banking I’ve never had to make an appointment to do a wire transfer. I was unfortunate enough to not be able to do a transfer one day because I hadn’t made an appointment with a banker! Needless to say the recipient was not happy, and neither was I.I called to try to make an appointment and lo and behold no one answered.I know times are tough but come on Wells Fargo you close down two banks in the area so this is the only one available I would hope that it would be properly staffed to handle all the volume that three banks used to handle.Today I forgot that I needed to make an appointment and the earliest I could get was for 3:30 PM.

We have a business line of credit and were late 10 days when moving our warehouse to another city. I understand the branch cannot help with getting us a one time waiver on interest, but David Blanco would never return a call or email about it. The manager said he would have him respond by end of day.... 2 months ago. I wouldn't recommend this place for any business accounts or loans. Maybe they were too busy handling the class action lawsuits to return calls?

Went in to cash a check and the manager Mr.Wade was not helpful. He said I have been here 10 years. I thought to my self. The only reason you have been here 10 years is because your supervisors do not know how rude you are to customers. If they did you would be a manager for the collections department. I am sure he would be excellent at anything that did not deal with the public. I had some great experience with bankers from Wells Fargo. Sadly this manager needs to be retrained on how to treat customers.
