Scheduled an appointment for vaccination and they did not have it in stock. How can the Walgreens system allow me to schedule for a vaccination that is not in stock?

Why is this PHARMACY DRIVE THRU still opened?? Rude people, except one pharmacy tech.
My 1st time using a Walgreens DRIVE THRU, not impressed at all.
Very unprofessional and bad example of this PHARMACY.

One of the worst experiences, just got hung up on and had to wait twenty minutes on hold. The pharmacist is unqualified, it’s so sad!

The worst of the worst. This place is bad...they often close the pharmacy without notice, there's no employees and the shelves are empty.

Most dysfunctional pharmacy ever! The only consistancies Ive experienced, prescriptions incorrect, or, incomplete. Multiple phone calls and text telling you all prescriptions are ready only to drive to that location with incorrect order or not complete. Giving CVS a try across the street.

This location appears to have been bulldozed.

waited in line for over 54 minutes for the person sitting in their car waiting for script to be filled. I am not doing business with this store or any store anymore. This is so wrong. making people who just got out of surgery wait behind parked cars in the line so we cant drop of our perscriptions. Yall are no professional at all. joke.,

We had lost a family member and needed a canvas print for the memorial service. I placed the order days in advance, but apparently they were out of supplies, and no one called to tell me. I learned this when I went to pick up the large canvas print.I spoke with Teresa at the Lakeway location who was apologetic and said I should have been called. Teresa and Katelyn (behind the photo counter talked, and Teresa said they will call the other location. She asked if I could come back tomorrow or later to pick it up, but I told her I was unable as I needed within the next 2 hrs.. Katelyn, asked Teresa (I am guessing a supervisor) permission to leave the store and go get what was needed from the other location. To which Teresa replied, yes, please. Katelyn grabbed a helmet and quickly went out he door to jump on her motorcycle. I said thank you and please be safe. Teresa, always with a smile, handled the front register and the photo section, without missing a beat while Katelyn was away. No one waited, except for me, which I was happy to do. I couldn't believe how genuine they both were and concerned they were to make this right so we could get to the service. Katelyn was back quickly, with the wood stakes sticking out of her backpack. In the meantime, Teresa got the print set up and ready, since there were no other customers in the store. Katelyn came in, and didn't even remove her helmet. They worked quickly together and it was completed. I can't thank them enough for being so thoughtful and going out of their way to make this happen for not only me, but my entire family. It would have been so easy for them to say, nothing I can do, or you should have been called so not my problem, but they jumped into how can we help mode. They were amazing and really compassionate about the situation. Walgreens continues to give a sense of community with their caring and dedicated employees. I snapped a photo, because I was just so impressed and I knew I was going to write a review about these two dynamic individuals.

Worst experience of my life nobody is checking on anybody and worker. Anthony is so lazy does not want to work in his own store and ask you to check out yourself and watches you check out what he can just bring you up.

Was in town for a few days visiting my father and realized on day 2 I had forgotten to pack a prescription that you cannot just quit cold turkey without terrible side effects. I was nauseated and crying and felt super panicky. My doctor's office wasn't being super responsive. Since my prescription is held at a Walgreens, I called this location's pharmacy to ask for a refill just to get me through vacation. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly sympathetic, understood the position I was in, transferred my prescription, and applied a coupon to reduce my out-of-pocket cost (insurance wouldn't cover since it wasn't time for refill). The prescription was ready within 15 minutes and everyone was just so kind. I told them they were my personal angels that weekend. Thank you to the pharmacy staff for your service and empathy!!

The absolute worst customer experience every time I deal with its location. How can a pharmacy continue to have no effort and treat the customers this way for years and not be closed. AVOID THIS LOCATION

Absolute terrible customer service from pharmacy! I scheduled a flu shot for my daughter and myself the evening prior after I attempted a walk-in at the same location and was told to schedule an appointment . I arrived on time for a 5pm and 5:15pm appointment(s). I was told they had called and canceled all appointments for the week due to staffing shortages. I informed them I received no call letting me know our appointments had been canceled. The clerk looked and said ohh it’s because you scheduled after 4pm yesterday and we stopped calling at 4pm. So instead of taking five minutes to give two flu shots, they turned away two people they never bothered to cancel the appointments for. Never again will Walgreens have my business.

ZERO STARS. Very disorganized. I wouldn’t trust my loved ones to use this particular location as Walgreens has made too many mistakes without taking any accountability.

You would think a cashier would know how to print a paper receipt, but I guess that's not part of the standard training. I asked for a paper receipt. The clerk said he couldn't provide one because I had "requested" emailed receipts. I guarantee you that never happened. I never request emailed receipts, so Walgreen's probably chose that option for me. Regardless, don't you think a clerk would have been trained to "override" the system?Thank goodness there is CVS across the street. They will be getting my business from now on.
