Scheduled an appointment for vaccination and they did not have it in stock. How can the Walgreens system allow me to schedule for a vaccination that is not in stock?

Why is this PHARMACY DRIVE THRU still opened?? Rude people, except one pharmacy tech. My 1st time using a Walgreens DRIVE THRU, not impressed at all. Very unprofessional and bad example of this PHARMACY.

One of the worst experiences, just got hung up on and had to wait twenty minutes on hold. The pharmacist is unqualified, it’s so sad!
