Turbo Mortgage calls my phone many times a day from different numbers due to a credit pull with a different mortgage company. When i don't give them the answer they want , they immediately hang up on me, and call again later. A very unprofessional company, who has no problem harassing people.

This was the most precise and straight forward refinance we have ever done. Our loan Officer Austin Hurmiz with Turbo Mortgage was on the ball with updates regularly and I love when some one comes to you with the best deal straight away. I started with another company who wanted to increase my refi rate to a 3.5 and Austin brought it to me at a full percent lower at 2.625 without knowing what the other company offered. Its a principal thing for me to have to deal with Vendors all the time, it means a lot for someone to come straight forward with the best deal they can in leu of haggling back and forth to match numbers when you work 70hrs+ a week. Austin Hurmiz was thorough and punctual about the whole process. Strongly Recommend Austin Hurmiz and Turbo Mortgage!!!

Waste of my time. I waited 3 months to finalize a refinance that never got to the finish line due to their communication. I will never use or recommend this company again!

Turbo Mortgage is a terrible company. Rude, pushy, and very aggressive! They have called multiple times a day for over a week now. They have called me over 30 times in just one day. They need to stop harassing people. Very unprofessional.

Between the hours of 2AM and 7AM, I have received a total of 29 calls from salespeople in their "veteran department". Whoever runs this business needs to figure it out, and stop harassing people. Who thought this would be a good idea?

Mac McChesney and his team at Turbo Mortgage really helped me and my wife secure a good home as we've always wanted. They kept us updated throughout the whole loan process and made it clear as to what exactly was needed for the loan process to continue smoothly and at a timely manner. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends! They really are a great team and I am glad they were the ones to help me throughout my loan process!

Really quite bad - This is a straigt up cold-call, boiler room operation. They bought my info from Equifax during a ReFi, and called me 14 times, from 6 or 7 different numbers. Agressive, desperate and won't take no for an answer... The worst!

Mac was the first person to tell us yes !! He told us if we followed what he said we could get the house we wanted. He walked us through the process and was so friendly. If he called and we didn't answer he would send a video update which made us feel important. You could call Mac at anytime and he is there to answer all your questions. Ryan helped us get all he documents we needed to the underwriter asap. He helped us make sure we needed everything for closing. Mac and his team work hard to make sure you know they are on your side!!! We wouldn't be in our lovely home without them. Thank you Turbo Mortgage!!

Turbo Mortgage was very good at communicating throughout the whole loan process. They really helped me feel at ease with the way they kept me in the loop and updated me throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a good Mortgage Broker I highly recommend them!! They're communication with you as as buyer is 100% amazing and I love how direct they are with what they need in order for the process to run smoothly! Thanks to them I am able to be in the house that I am in now, at the young age of 20! They're truly amazing!!!
