The alternator went out, and he noticed that the battery cable got very hot - He kept it for an extra day to make sure after test drives and battery checks that there was no issue with the electrical. Most places would not go the extra mile here. Price was good and there were no extra costs after doing more work at the end. A++”
“I've been taking vehicles to Lawson for almost 9 years now. They always communicate very clearly on issues, pricing and timeline. I always try and call before I go and they will usually tell me how busy they are and how long they think it might take to get to my vehicle. I feel that their pricing is reasonable and they always try and give me some options when a fix is needed. I really like their service and communication... I've even had them recommend other shops in the area when there was a service needed that they could not perform (like body work or transmission work). I would recommend them for any general mechanic work on a vehicle.”

“Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and very knowledgable. They set realistic expectations, however they exceeded them! The mechanics went as far to show me why I needed certain part replacements, not just telling me. Setting an appointment was extremely easy. The communication between the staff and I was excellent. The waiting room was so clean and comfortable, with plenty of snacks. The best part is the complete presence of God; from the worship music playing, to the kindness of every employee, even a Bible on the coffee table. It helped me feel assured they ran an honest and honorable company with high integrity and reasonable prices. Will continue to use Christian Brothers for all our car repairs!”
