The staff is wonderful. I bought dog food the day before my dog died. I had opened it. I brought it back & told them what had happened to my dog. Not only did they give me my money back for the food, a day later I received a beautiful flower arrangement! That was the most thoughtful thing any store has ever done for me! They also donated the open bag of food. ❤️?❤️?⬛

Love Tomlinson's! The array of top-quality products, customer service and free delivery are unparalleled in the pet store world. I feel fortunate to live nearby a store but as a working mom of 2 kids and 1 fur baby, I feel even more fortunate that they provide free delivery services. Thanks for what you do! You guys are wonderful.

They’re great. The self-service washing stations are well-stocked and the rooms are always super clean. The staff are super helpful and truly care about your pets.

New manager is pushy and seems unauthentic. Husband and I used to shop here, we only go to the four points store now. Before the lakeway location moved we always had a good experience. . . Just a bit disappointed

Helpful, friendly, and well-stocked!We love shopping for our pets at Tomlinsons! The auto ship and home delivery options make it so simple to do so, and pet club keeps prices so competitive. We love their annual holiday food drives for the local shelters! And their dog wash stations are so convenient and nice to use.Tomlinson's is a local Austin business and we are proud to support them!

Great local pet shop with friendly and supportive staff. Priced out the dog food with discounts and it's on par with Chewy. Love supporting this local business. You won't find the cheaper, low quality brands.

Great store with friendly, helpful people! Today we used the self serve dog wash station. Includes all the shampoos, conditioner, grooming tools, aprons and even treats! Easy in and out.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service before. I've been ordering delivery from this company for a couple years and they are always so helpful and nice. I can't believe same day delivery is free especially for not being super close to me. I just placed another delivery order but there was a glitch in the system so it put my order as curbside pick up. 30 seconds later, I get a text from them asking if I meant for it to be delivery since that's what I normally do. I'm so happy with their customer service!!
