We had an excellent experience in purchasing 2 built-in GE Monogram refrigerators/freezer units from Frog Pad. Steve and Aleigha were fantastic in helping us initially with suggestions regarding GE repair options (ultimately one unit was unrepairable) and then in dealing with GE-corporate to match current Monogram units to meet our needs and installation space.Purchase, delivery, and installation were done perfectly, and all commitments were met.I highly recommend the Frog Pad team for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Big shout out to Steve Pyle and his crew at the Frog Pad for A+ customer service. We had problems with our 6 yr old Jennair refrigerator lights going out. We learned from the repair tech it was a known problem and Whirlpool was replacing them for free if newer than 5 years. We just missed the cutoff and it was an expensive repair. After us getting no satisfaction from Jennair directly, Steve contacted his rep to help get us some relief. He was able to get them to at least pay for the parts. Much appreciated!

We bought appliances from The Frog Pad for our newly remodeled kitchen a few years ago. When we experienced ongoing malfunctions with our wall oven, Steve reached out to the manufacturer to insure the problem was resolved with no expense to us. Outstanding customer service!

Breath of fresh air! We are building our home and with the current supply chain issues it is a complete nightmare! We needed to order kitchen appliances. We received no customer service at the big box stores. They said they had no way to even contact sales reps to inquire on availability. I felt I had no options until I called Steve at the Frog Pad. What a blessing he was to us! We not only have the dishwasher and range we wanted on the way, he is working with the sales reps for our top two picks on refrigerators to be able to order as soon as are available again. He even offered to hold our appliances until we are ready to install. Trying to build during these current sad conditions has been extremely taxing. We are just so grateful to have found The Frog Pad to at least take one issue off our plate. I know Steve has got this and I don’t even have to think about appliances any more and can focus on other issues at hand. It’s hard to put a price tag on peace of mind and outstanding customer service. Thank you Steve! We are grateful for you and your amazing customer service!

We purchased Jennair kitchen appliances (double oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher) from Steve at Frog Pad back in 2016. Steve got us an awesome package discount and everything from the purchase to the installation was very smooth. Recently, we had an issue with our oven where one of the repair parts was out of stock for over 2 months. I just contacted Steve to see if there were any alternatives, but he went really above and beyond and contacted Jennair customer service directly. Not only were they able to locate the part, but even waived the cost of the part and we had to pay for installation only! This is by far the best customer service experience for a purchase made over 6 years ago! I would highly recommend Steve and the Frog Pad for any appliance or kitchen/bath design needs!

The Frog Pad was outstanding to work with. They stay on top of our order for a KitchenAid Dishwasher until it was manufactured & shipped during this difficult time of shortages. Their installation team, led by Cary, was truly a joy to work with, also, This is a top-flight organization who are indeed personable and professional in every way.

Such a great experience! The owner Steve does such a great job to provide the best products with a very competitive price.I went to Home Depot looking to replace my broken dishwasher and they told me it’ll be a 3 week delivery. Called Frog Pad and he had two Kitchen Aids ready for immediate pick up or delivery AND he price matched Home Depot. I would way rather support local family run business. Especially this one. Highly recommend them! ?? 5 - Stars ⭐️

This little family owned and operated shop is a GEM! I had been shopping for a brand new washer and dryer and noticed that they went on sale at Lowes. Before going to Lowes to order, I stopped in to the Frog Pad. I wanted to see if they carried the same set because I had heard that Lowes had a lot of delays because of Covid. When you walk in, you are likely greeted by one of the owners, Steve or Anne Marie. I told Steve what I had found, asked his opinion, he went over the machine options in great detail. They know the products and can help you understand and make the best selection. You won't get this service at Big Box Stores! Not only did they get the appliances in quickly, the were significantly less than Lowes sale price because they dont have the crazy overhead! They also offer counter tops and can help with almost any project in your home. Support local and check out the Frog Pad! Highly recommend!
