My garage door broke and was unusable, and Melody got the right people out to the job and fixed the problem so that my stored stuff was safe. I was also contacted by another member of the Stow Away Storage management team to insure all was being taken care of. For a while, the management was lacking here, but now they seem to be spot on, and I thank them very much for taking care of the facility better and responses to any issues we might have. I also rented another unit, and they make it extremely easy, online signatures, a great way to do business. Thanks Stow Away, and especially Melody, thank you for taking good care of me as a customer..

Received gate code that doesn't work. Tried repeatedly for approximately 10-15 mins and the(on-site) security guard never showed. So i have yet to actually see the unit. Lot is very dark, for being accessable 24/7 they should have more lights. Roadway is full of potholes and the fence surrounding the business isn't gonna keep thieves out. Will update my review when I can actually get in

I had a new trailer stolen from the lot. Their video cameras do not work for security I found out a little too late, the kiosk is not operational. The gate code works sometimes and agree about difficulty in renting. I offer an award of $2000 for information leading to the recovery of the trailer.

No security cameras, gate gets stuck open allowing access by anyone. Cancelled in Oct 23 and have been billed every month since. Too bad I can't give a negative star -5

It was very difficult to rent the unit. There is no one on site to help. It was hard to get anyone to answer the phone when calling. The rental process was difficult. There was standing water in the unit which was closed when I arrived…. So I hope there is no hard rain before I get everything moved back out. The door to mynl unit doesn’t work well, and the rest of the unit’s doors look to be in similar shape.

Absolutely the worse service ever!!! Rented a unit online. Received email with a gate code that doesn’t work. The phone number does not work and no one replies to emails. Had to dispute charge on credit card. Never had anyone contact me. Terrible!

Paid for storage and the gate code did not work. I called the phone number listed but the voice mail is not set up and no one answers. I sent 6 emails and asked for a refund but no one has replied to my emails. Poor customer service and horrible facility: all dirt no pavement. WOULD NOT Recommend this facility. This is a horrible facility and worst customer service.

I think this place is a scam. We were unable to access our unit for a month because the gate code wasn't working. We called and emailed dozens of times with no response. We finally contacted law enforcement to see how we could get our stuff out of our unit and they gave us their emergency code. We removed our stuff and again emailed to inform them we needed to cancel. No response, so I stopped payment on my debit card. Now I'm getting threatening emails with late fees attached, but still no one answers, calls back or emails back for me to explain. Is this a joke? I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB because they seem to be running some sort of scam.

I have left over 5 voicemail messages and emailed this company trying to get a storage unit. They do not respond at all. I have also tried going by there 3 times. I guess they must not want any new business.

After 5 phone calls over 3 weeks and 2 emails...... still no response! Must be a really well run business not to need customers? Maybe a negative review will garner some customer service?

I had a reservation for the 1st of January and when I arrived the kiosk was not working. I have left several messages and can't get ahold of a human being. The location is perfect very close to my house but I still am unable to find a real person to talk to.
