I’ve been using them for approx 7-8 years. I’ve had shirts, jackets, hats, mugs that I can think of off hand. Everything been top notch each time. Very easy to work with. They always communicate well. I’ll continue using for all my screening and embroidery

Great service. Our nonprofit organization orders between 1 to 16 embroidered polo shirts a year, and the shirts are ready when promised. Our logo is on file. I simply call in the order, wait a few minutes for the emailed invoice, and use the online payment system to pay the minimum. Stitch Gallery calls when the order is ready. I pay the balance online and pick up the order at my convenience.

I have to say that I will be a customer for life. I called a day before I needed a custom shirt made with my logo for my anti-human trafficking business and Eduardo said he could do it. When I came in the next morning I was treated warmly and they began to work right away, even helping me pick colors.There is nothing like great customer service to make a lasting impression. The quality of work is great but the people are AMAZING!Thank you, Eduardo, Daniella, Kati, and Karen!!!!

They are willing to go above and beyond to bring your visions to life and create a masterpiece on nearly ANYTHING you bring to them in a timely manner. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, and creative! I have used many many many many many printers before and they are BY FAR the best.

I also ordered some caps around Christmas, when I went there to pick them up, by mistake I entered by the wrong door where employees are working on the machines. I saw the lady finishing my caps, she was painting my hats with a color marker. I noticed she was trying to cover up what presumptively be the wrong thread color been printed out on my product. Five weeks after, the embroidery logo started to decolorized. Why they let employees do that? This is cheating on the system. Half of my 48 hats apparently had a wrong color thread been printed. I don't care about the owner trying to fix issues after they happened, for me is too late.

Highly recommended. Had a minor communication issue with Eduardo right before the Xmas holiday hit, but he went out of his way to ensure I was a very pleased customer.
