Basic hotel with no service. New building, entrance door is a convenient store slide door?, spacious room, great bed, shower only, no tooth brush, broken hairdryer, no slipper, no water.The TV remote didn’t worked, I asked for replaced have to go downstairs to yell for help (night shift), changed didn’t worked also reception said you cannot change your battery. Is it disposable remote control?! I was like “what”?? The 3rd one works.Breakfast was free and self service so don’t expect much. The lobby is like a cafeteria so when more people could be noisy.They are understaff but they are friendly.Noteworthy details: They used disposable TV remote cannot change battery so environmental unfriendly.

Nice hotel located near Scott and White hospital. Good for being near the hospital, not so scenic for visiting Austin.

They gave our room away due to a sports team checking in although I checked in online already. They overbooked yet again according to other reviews and their front desk it is common practice for them to give their reservations away to larger groups. This was a huge inconvenience and cost my family time and extra money even though we reserved our room 4 months ahead. If I were you, I would book somewhere else. They are not worth it.

They allowed a group of guest to party in the lobby right by the front doors. Tons of alcohol. The smell os so strong all the way to the elevator. I'm staying with a team of young kids oldest is 12 youngest is 6 and all the parents are so uncomfortable we stayed here because there wasn't a bar. David working at the desk told me it's allowed even though it's NOT privately owned. No toilet paper or sheets in our room. Horrible experience.

They canceled my reservation I booked weeks in advance. They were "overbooked" and couldn't accommodate me. They said they were in contact with Expedia for me to go to another hotel. When I called Expedia they had no calls from them. Horrible! to just get off the plane and to get a text that you have nowhere to go because they OVERBOOKED! I checked in the night before via email- why wasn't anything said to me then. Never again will I book a Marriott.

Great place to stay. This place is definitely one we will stay again when passing through. The rooms are great and at a great price! The breakfast could have had pancakes or waffles to go with the eggs and sausage. The quality is top notch here.

Very nice SpringHill Suites. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean, and very up to date. The tv gave you the option to stream from Prime and Netflix with your own account. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped and everything worked. They have on-sight charging for Teslas.Rooms: Room was spacious, clean, and very up to date. Big shower. Big bathroom.Noteworthy details: The tv gave you the option to stream from Prime and Netflix with your own account.

Disgusting. Housekeeping only makes the bed and replaces towels. It was obvious they don’t vacuum as I found food crumbs, an earring and other remnants from previous guests. The couch in the room was disgusting, it looked like a frat house couch, I never sat on it. The gym is nasty, dead bugs and very obvious it is never vacuumed. The gym lacked any sanitary wipes to clean equipment and trash was strewn throughout.The front desk staff could care less, they are rude and unapproachable. Oh and they charge $7 a day for parking plus tax for a lot that has littered cans all around in the middle of suburban Texas. What a joke.

Art the manager is amazing. I booked the wrong hotel, and he helped me cancel without penalty. I was so grateful. That would have ruined our whole weekend being at the wrong hotel. Thank you again Art.
