Had a chaotic mix up with my utilities and had to come figure it out with the help of TRISTAN!!!!! Omg he is the sweetest and so helpful-as chaotic as it was in my mind he for sure was so so kind, patient and understanding with everything. I love shopping here, but pharmacy staff either needs to have more training or they just prefer not to want to have customers, they literally answered none of my questions and sent me to another pharmacy

No help on any isle,even the people who work in the store who are personal shoppers won't tell you where anything is. Can't imagine they do not know. And try not to get run over by these personal shoppers who are in such a hurry and deliberately ignore other customers around them.

Don't ever by gas here. They charge a "holding fee" of $200 on your credit card and never give it back. Then when you contact them about it, no one can help you.

I usually have a good experience, they are very convenient since I work at The Lake Austin Spa and Resort, I go there a couple times a week. Today I needed some items from the deli and as I approached and called for the person behind the counter I was received with a cold greeting , she was so rude I didn’t even finish my order. Definitely in need of learning some good bedside manners

I was so happy to find the gas station at this location has ethanol free gas. But after i pumped a tank full and pulled into what looked like a parking space to check my map, i was approached by a woman that works there being extremely rude for no apparent reason telling me to move my car. So i guess i wont be back.

The lost leaders are about the only thing worth buying from Randall's. I still like shopping there, however. If you know how to work their system and are flexible at what is on sale, you can save a lot of money
