Randalls Pharmacy is a wonderful and excellent pharmacy, considered the best in the area. It provides responsive, dependable, and polite service with a knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful staff. The pharmacy fills prescriptions quickly and offers flu and Covid injections on location in a separate room. Customers appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru window and easy refills via text, noting it is much better than larger, congested alternatives. The store is always clean and provides a great, small-town feeling. Many have used this Lakeway pharmacy for years and highly recommend it for its excellent customer service.

Excellent service! I've never had to wait long for a Rx or shot. Use the drive-thru & opt in for text messages. East refills! SO MUCH BETTER than the congested, overstaffed, but no one is helping you or acknowledging that you're standing there.... heb.
