The woman working here is exceptionally rude and not clear when giving instructions. She talks to you in a mean tone and had a scowling expression the entire time I was here. Not sure what her issue is as I was polite to her.

If I could give zero stars I would. The most unfriendly people work there and they all seem miserable. I finally asked the girl if she could just please be nice. She then got an attitude. How hard is it to just be kind???

Clear signage up high in Randall's so it was very easy for me to know where to go after coming in the store. Employees were friendly, welcoming, and early to open the door and get the lights on and call me back for the blood draw. Efficient and appointment completed very quickly. Highly recommend.

The first technician was unable to find a vein to draw the blood sample for my test. She only tried once. She then wanted me to wait until the next technician came on duty. I waited. This technician also didn't find a vein and chose to get blood from a more painful location by my knuckle. I do have small veins but I've never had a nurse unable to find one and draw my blood. This tells me that the quality of your technicians is questionable.
Additionally, I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment. What was a bother was no one was with the technician. We could hear her talking on her phone. Maybe she was on break, but it seemed to be a long wait. By the time she was ready, the. waiting room chairs were all full with waiting. appointments.

Great location. One nice lady. And one lady that is so tired of dealing with people and her job and I don’t know what else. Never stopped snapping at me. By far the most sour miserable unpleasant person I have ever encountered in the health industry. Heinous toxic human being. Horribly run location. Avoid this place.

Easy to make appointment, no waiting time at the appointment time. The phlebotomist was an expert and very professional and personable.

I've been to the Quest at Randall's in Lakeway TX several times recently to get get bloodwork for my Cardiologist and my Annual Physical with my Primary Care Dr. I'm able to get a time using the app, sign-in by text link as I arrive and get everything done easily. The staff is great and friendly. Quest has done an awesome job over the last few years updating and improving the quality, ease and efficiency of their services! Great job!
