Super convenient because as long as you have the label they can take UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Don’t need to stop at multiple locations!

Really good place. They accept packages from all 3 of the major shipping companies, which is a huge help for running my business. This is definitely my go to stop for all my shipping needs!

Location near me is closed on weekends. Pathetic. But, fine…drove 20+ minutes to this location only to be told that location can’t do QR codes and couldn’t take my FedEx package. I left with all of my stuff, will take it somewhere else.
Seriously, why are you even in business?

This is one of the few and only locations that does FedEx in LakewayTucked away at the Randal shopping center and ran by a friendly Indian husband and wife with their kids.They do mailboxes as well as UPS shipping and USPS shipping which is extremely helpful since like why really doesn't have that many other options for this and you always get in and out pretty darn quickly which is an advantage compared to going elsewhereKeep in mind that they are registered UPS FedEx and USPS vendors with the own boxes in shipping but because of that they have their own shipping rates of which are going to vary from any business account to do may have if you went directly to FedEx or UPSThat being said I was friendly greeted helped and able to get what I need it shipped off in and out in less than 10 minutes very gratefulThey even took the time to go over with me different shipping options across the board of FedEx ups and USPS which was extremely helpfulThey have handicap accessibility and plenty of parking highly recommend them if you needing a shipping option and avoid all the other FedEx drop offs because those are unreliableThey will easily accept your package and get you a receipt for drop-offs as wellNo public restroom

I don't get the negativity on here. I live in Lakeway and have used PakMail several times. They are always kind and honest. I had some items delivered to my house after leaving the country and they were my lifeline to get those packages delivered to me in the West Indies. Many thanks PakMail team! :)

This place must have changed staff since the earliest negative reviews. They're helpful, attentive, and informative. A night and day better experience than the location in Steiner. Worth the drive to a better store.

Alpa and her staff are wonderful. I visit this location each week and the service is amazing. She is kind, caring and extremely careful with shipments. Notary service is always avalable and even has a few toys out for kiddos that come in.HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THE UPS SERVICES IN LAKEWAY

I took an Amazon return on May 15, 2021.I received an e-mail from Amazon that they did not receive back a red iPhone XR unlocked, which I purchased along with a Cricket SIM Wireless kit. I really regret not dropping it off nearby at the UPS Store, in Lakeway. I will now be doing all my Amazon returns at the UPS Store in Lakeway. Amazon is now notifying me that I will not be refunded the $540.00. I put the UPS tracking number and it is showing that the Amazon return box has been received at their warehouse.
