Called 5 times on two different days at different times, no pick up. Tried booking online but got an error message. Downloaded their Spaces by Wix app and requires permission. Impossible to make a booking or to reach them. Is this even a real business?!

You can't even ask to make a sita they answer you in a very bad way and they don't even give you time to ask anything they just hang up the phone to me personally today I was calling to make a sita and they answered me in a very bad way just because I asked him if he spoke Spanish he hung up on me without giving a second to tell him that I could also speak to him in English I think they are very believed and poorly educated I do not recommend anyone to call to make a sita since just by asking if they speak Spanish they treat you very badly apparently he has a very good reputation the room hurts that its workers are so unpleasant.

I’ve been going to Ashley for years. She’s so talented (especially with blondes!) and is always so knowledgeable about all things hair (and more!). I used to dread getting my hair done, but I truly love my time spent in her chair. And of course I always leave looking fabulous!

The atmosphere of this place is so welcoming. If you want to get your hair done perfectly, ask for Ashley Jones! I’ve been going to her for 7 years now and have never had a complaint! She’s the best :)

I came in for a cut and it was a great experience. I had to schedule a bit last minute and they were really accommodating. I had hair passed my waist, so I'm not an easy customer to begin with. They made me feel really at home, the salon is really cute and they offer beverages. I had Brenna, and I can not speak highly of her enough. It's the best cut I've ever had hands down. She also really helped consult about how to cut and style it, as I was really unsure of what I wanted. Additionally, she's very knowledgeable about the science and symmetry of cuts and colors... and just overall a joy to chat with. Highly suggested y'all!

This review is for Brenna at Luxe. She is a hair wizard and artist. She 'gets' hair. I came in asking for the impossible: thick short brown hair in a blunt bob - but could you make me blonde (while preserving my hair integrity), oh and while you're there, can you make it long? I'm thrilled with the result. My hair color is buttery pale blonde and my extensions are blended so well - not through lengthy disguising with a curler - but with a really great layered cut. And while transformations like this aren't cheap, Brenna was very reasonable with her prices. She's straight forward and will tell you realistically what can and can't be achieved and she really prides herself in her art.

My Esthetician sent me to Bal at Luxe 4 months ago. Yes, the salon is located in Lakeway but it is so worth it for a service by Bal.Hands down the best Balayage I ever had! Bal is always keeping up with the latest trends and method of color and styling. She is through and a perfectionist.I see her at least once a month for a root touch up too. Bal offers a Touch and Go service for $50. She applies the root touch up color and you wash it out at home. Can I tell you how much I've saved with this service?! Bal was amazing!! I went here yesterday for my first time, and my experience exceeded my expectations, which were already high! I got a balayage and a cut, and I LOVE my new hair.
