Don was great to work with in helping be buy a l/certified ES! He was very knowledgeable on the car, and transparent throughout the whole process. He made the buying process incredibly easy, and was able to answer any question I had! Looking forward to buying from here again in a few years when it’s time for my wife’s new car!

Since the fall of 2023, I've been on the waiting list for the new GX. Everything was processed officially. I was informed that I was among the first 200 people to place an order for this vehicle and was assured that I would receive my car among the very first. Since then, they haven’t contacted me even once. I reached out three times myself, but each time they responded rather coldly, saying the cars weren’t available yet. Now, these vehicles are already being driven all over Texas, yet the Lexus Center in Lakeway still hasn't reached out.

I began my car search with Lexus of Austin a couple of years ago and was initially put on a waiting list, but unfortunately, I never heard back. After about a year, I followed up, only to find that they had lost my place in the queue. The salesperson had failed to record which car I wanted and repeatedly offered me vehicles that didn’t match my requests. When I specifically asked to be placed on a test drive list for an NX, they simply jotted it down on a Post-it note, and once again, I never received a call back.
Frustrated, I decided to explore other options. After test driving Toyotas, my partner encouraged me to contact Lexus of Lakeway. I called ahead, and within an hour, Justin reached out to me and scheduled a same-day test drive for the NX. From that point forward, the experience was seamless. Justin was transparent about pricing and clearly communicated the timeline for getting the exact car I wanted (4-5 months). He kept in regular contact, quickly responding to my emails and ensuring the process went smoothly.
I couldn’t be happier with my new NX and the exceptional service I received at Lexus of Lakeway. The dealership has a very professional, tranquil atmosphere, and I highly recommend it!

Just picked up our new vehicle and we are in love! Ceslie could not have been any easier to work with. She was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. Her explanation of all the bells and whistles was amazing. She’s everything you could ask for in a salesperson!

We’ve known Chase Williams for 7 years as we moved in the area and have brought our cars in for service. He always took great care of us for the service part and then when he got into sales we knew we would buy from him someday. Well that someday came and we bought a 2024 RX 350 from him. We are so happy with our new vehicle and thank you to Chase for being a great person and always taking good care of us.

My husband and I purchased a new Lexus LX from Lexus of Lakeway. Don Carper who we dealt with was extremely helpful and informative. There was no high pressure salesmanship. He answered all of our question. The car was ordered according to our specifications. He kept us informed until eventually the car was delivered. He took his time familiarizing us about the intricacies of the new car.
We are very pleased with the service Don provided and would definitely recommend Don and Lexus of Lakeway.
