I loved my stay from top to bottom. Front Desk Staff was great and very helpful throughout my stay. My room was wonderful top to bottom. I'm generously pretty picky when it comes to my hotel rooms but I had absolutely no complaints. Thank you for helping me feel welcomed. During my stay I learned that the management is new. The new General Manager and Assistant Manager brought hangers to my room. You can tell they really care about the hotel and their guests. I'm excited to come back in a few months to see their hard work paying off!

4/5 rooms were clean and very nice, but -1 star because the WiFi password was AUS0G and they put AUSDG and it wouldnt connect either way

It is a 3 star hotel. HUNTER was great and did his best to fix a previous smokers room. He was very professional, apologetic and found us carpet freshener (housekeeping should have notified management before we arrived so non smokers wouldn't complain) if you are a smoker reading this review, please go outside. Great location close to FM620 and easy drivable access to restaurants and shops.

Love the greeting that I received when I walked in. I was very pleased when they recognize me as a loyalty rewards member. I will be back again.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I was in Lakeway until today. I let them know at check in that my friend would be staying with me and she had a service dog. The gentleman said there would be no charge and that was totally fine. Then today they charged me for an unauthorized pet stay charge. I called them immediately and spoke to a very rude gentleman and he said someone would contact me tomorrow. I said thank you and ended the call. 30 mins later he called me back and called me a liar and said he had the audio and video and said he would email it to me so I could see myself. Then he continues to call me a liar. I ended the call and called corporate. They were so helpful and they started a case and my money would be refunded. I called the hotel back and said I hadn't received the video and audio and the gentleman said he didn't have access to it and I would have to wait until tomorrow to receive it. Very deceptive, rude , and uncalled for by this employee.
This manager never contacted me and never sent any video or audio to me. They are liars and cheats and I would stay away from this location. The Springhill Inn is a much nicer hotel in the area and the staff is very well trained and so much nicer.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. SHE INVADED MY PRIVACY BY ENTERING MY ROOM TWICE WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION. I was terrified and that was the most traumatic experience I have ever had in a hotel. Despite the fact that I am a DIAMOND ELITE MEMBER which is (the highest membership tear in ihg).
First of all they have received payments for all the nights (before hand) and they have information for two of my credit cards. However, they barged into my two rooms twice each without any single permission and without even nocking the door.
Although as a diamond elite member we entitled for a late checkout the staff claimed that the hotel is fully booked despite the fact that (9 rooms are available in the hotel website)!!!!!!!!
During this membership, only in 2024 we stayed in ihg hotels for more than 90 nights, and had the pleasure to visit many ihg properties in many countries throughout the last 22 years. This is indeed the worst experience ever.
