Updating: we found 2 large razor cuts on our dogs body, plus a hand full of other nicks around him. They are very obvious from an electric razor.
I groom our small dog at home and understand accidents happen but he was chopped up pretty bad.
The owners offered to pay for medical bills and we appreciate their offer, however, I wouldn’t take our animals somewhere were the groomers lack any communication or transparency.
Things happen, but not communicating with your consumers and leaving injuries up to them to find as a surprise is horrible business practice in this industries.
Be careful going here.

LYNN IS FANTASTIC!!! I took the sheepadoodle that I’m fostering and she did a wonderful job! He had some matting and areas of concern. She really listened and I couldn’t be happier!

Haute Dog always does a great job grooming and bathing our dogs. Their employees genuinely care about our dogs and take great care in making sure they are groomed to our specifications.

I’ve taken my dog to a few groomers in the past and he’s always been mortified to go back with them. He LOVES seeing the ladies here. They’re all friendly and my dog gets well taken care of for anything I bring him in for. Highly recommend

This is an excellent pet grooming and pet wash facility. We have been coming here for years and actually have brought elderly dogs and a 90 pound blind Labrador/Husky. Sheri and her team are compassionate and caring and have worked with us as Jack needs to be groomed in the Texas heat to be comfortable. It's a tough experience for dogs who can see, but especially hard for a blind animal. His large size makes it a challenge as well navigating any facility . In addition, we have three grand dogs and our kids bring them here as well. Highly recommend , we are fortunate to have them in our community.

Jade took great care of Leo. He is a husky and I have always been worried about taking him in because he can be afraid of strangers and doesn’t love bath time. He came out happy and handsome. If you’re on the fence about giving it a try go for it. He wouldn’t stop moving but here are some pictures.

Owner called and apologized for the situation
I respect the concern and willingness to consider our experience as a repeat client
Hidden up charges that are not disclosed prior to pickup. I asked for hypo allergenic shampoo which at any store is the same cost as fragrant bc I left my pets medicated shampoo at home on accident. I told them I forgot it. They advised they offered it for $32.50, I said that’s ok, the bottle is $20 just bathe him in hypoallergenic instead. I go to checkout and they charged me $32.50 for hypo allergenic shampoo when all along I needed the medicated type anyway. I was completely at a loss for words. I’ve been a customer for 2 years or more but after their price increases and this non sense nickel and dime move, I’m over it
There’s a place down the road that just opened I’ll try out instead. Plus this place is filthy now like it’s never been cleaned. Not worth $175.

Let me preface this review by saying, I've used this pet spa for some time now and my decision to leave this review wasn't based on one bad experience. It's based on several.
Today, I dropped off my pup and it was quite disappointing to see him come out looking the way he did. I wanted to cry. His face was still dirty/eyes crusty, the cut looked like something only an unskilled person would provide, and I overall hate the way he looked. The cut was uneven and too low, his ears were left too long, and he looked like a different dog, but not in a good way. It was especially upsetting to discover that he didn't even smell clean nor did he have on one of the new bandanas typically provided. No matter how many times I've left notes or provided details about preferences, the style is always completely random. Not to mention the services here are quite pricey. I don't mind paying for good service and tipping well, but this will be the last time I pay for poor service.

I can’t say enough good things about Haute Dog Pet Spa. Sam, Lexi (spelling and I hope I have the right name!) and their team were fantastic. I’m on a business road trip in my Airstream and must have called half a dozen places between Waco and Austin. Of course, everyone was booked out for days and weeks. Somehow Haute Spa had an availability, which was a miracle. They were accommodating, warm, cared about their furry clients, and did a fabulous groom on my little guy Kai. Thank you ladies!
