Been with club for a while and and thinking about not rejoining this year. Horrible club. If you want to surf this is not the club for you. Surf boats they have are P.O.S. and are under maintenance all the time. Take my advice and go somewhere else. Owner makes promises he does not keep.

These people do everything to make it for people like us to enjoy ourselves and I, for one, appreciate it. So did our friends and kids.Deckhands are great. Intermittent trolley service not so much: pack as though you hike uphill and stay safe, y'all!

We have been members about a month but everything has been going great. We were worried about boat availability but so far we have been able to get out when we wanted. We have a young child so we aim for mornings and have never had a issue booking wise.The trainer Max was awesome and took me through things I was comfortable already and spent more time when I asked for docking etc. He was great and I feel a lot more comfortable on Lake Travis now.

We had a great experience visiting Freedom Boat Club at Lake Travis. I'd highly recommend FBC to anyone considering buying a boat - join the club instead!
